Housekeeping Services

We know it only feels like home when it’s clean. Our housekeeping staff cleans every room and shared spaces regularly - floor cleaning, utensil cleaning, bathroom cleaning and making the bed.
 

On-site Laundry

Dirty laundry can seem like a never-ending chore. And so, every Abode home comes equipped with washing machines that you can use any time of the day or the night.
 

All-inclusive Rent

Electricity, water, housekeeping and high-speed WiFi - that’s all on us. You pay nothing extra while we make sure your stay is comfortable.
 

Nominal Deposit

We understand that blocking a huge sum of money as deposit is a dealbreaker. And so, all you let go of as deposit for your stay with us is only 3 months’ rent. Go ahead, spend your money doing what you love.
 

Security

Entry to the Abode premises is only through designated access cards for the residents and staff. No strangers, no danger. We also have security cameras in all the community spaces for a safe-living experience.
 

Maintenance Experts

You won’t have to fix a bulb even if you know how to. Our in-house maintenance team responds to all the repairs/maintenance requests promptly, to give you a hassle-free, convenient stay.
