We are directly off Highway 114 in the middle of a commercial plaza with Starbucks and three of the most popular business restaurants in the Metroplex: The Ranch, Bluefish and The Keg. The plaza offers plenty of free parking and easy walking to all the amenities.
The entrance into our Las Colinas Venture X showcases the beautiful Gensler-designed, open-concept with high, exposed ceilings and enormous windows to welcome natural lighting to our creative workplace. This grand entrance leads you past reception into a Café and Lounge, setup for coffee breaks, casual dining, impromptu meetings, networking, scheduled events and more. The coffee is on us, all day, all night. Drinks and snacks are available in our market or you can bring your own and store in our refrigerators. Small appliances and bar seating make it easy and comfortable to take a break and refresh during a busy day.
If you are planning to host an event or attend one, our event space can hold up to 100 people, includes a huge projection screen with Apple TV and HDMI connections, overhead speakers and wireless mic's.
Need a conference room? Member or not, we can rent our 6, 8 or 10-person meeting rooms by the hour. Each comes fully equipped with Internet TV's ready for surfing, Skype or WebEx meetings, writeable dry-erase white walls, wireless phone chargers and Apple TV's or HDMI connections. Beautiful and comfortable Herman Miller conference room furnishings make these spaces perfect for your meetings.
For the 24/7 crowd, we offer access through several of our memberships. Coming in after-hours is made even more comfortable with our CCTV cameras recording 24/7, Glass-shatter alarm monitoring on all exterior windows and Panic Alarm buttons throughout the location.
