Our goal was to create a Hammersmith hub for our members, and in One Lyric Square we discovered the perfect starting point. A gorgeous mid-century building that showcases some distinctive architecture, we’ve worked with Stiff + Trevillion to create a spacious reception and welcoming entrance, that both incorporates the building’s original materials and fits in seamlessly with the square outside. Home to weekly food markets and impromptu open-air performances from the company of the Lyric Theatre, Lyric Square is a bustling pedestrianised area with plenty of options for lunchbreaks and socialising, just a one minute walk from Hammersmith Underground station.
The only way is up when it comes to this TOG building, with high ceilings and a double void that sweeps upwards to the first floor garden room.
