Located in San Francisco’s sunny Mission District, our historic carriage house and garden courtyard provides a much needed rustic reprieve from urban life! Guests will enjoy a warm inviting atmosphere with modern custom wood furnishings, rustic brick courtyard, and a lush garden with vertical wall plantings. There is an outdoor kitchen and bar area, outdoor heaters, and string lights for evening ambiance. Perfect for private dinners, workshops, popups, parties, corporate events, team off-sites, wedding receptions, and more!

Dedicated semi private space, includes Indoor Gallery and Covered Patio. Guests will need to walk through cafe courtyard. Available between 9 AM and 4 PM. Max 45 guests. Minimum 4 hours. For daytime events, we only offer limited furniture (25 chairs, farm table that seats 14, and metal workshop table). Any additional furniture will be guest’s responsibility.
Dedicated private space, includes Indoor Gallery, Covered Patio, Courtyard, Kitchen & Cafe. Includes cafe tables and chairs, 3 heat lamps, fireplace, and access to two bathrooms. Available between 4 PM and 11 PM. Max 100 guests. Flat rate based on minimum 5 hours.
– Small outside food and drink allowed. For full meal options use preferred vendor list.
– Cafe has an approved vendor list for catering and in-house bar service that must be used.
– Only beer and wine. Hard liquor is prohibited.
– No live music. Music must be off by 10pm. Guests must leave by 10:30pm.
– Vendors have access to the space at 4pm. All clean up and lock up by 11pm.
