EVENT SPACE

The Nasdaq MarketSite is an exclusive event space, set in an ideal location for corporate events and private parties. Its unique open-floor layout is comprised of two adjoining areas — a spacious press conference room and a reception space. In addition, our brand new broadcast studio, home by day to live broadcasts and by night to evening events, offers sweeping views overlooking the heart of Times Square. 

Rounding out MarketSite’s event floor is a private Board Room, for meetings and events on a smaller scale. With state-of-the-art technology, dedicated on-site event professionals, and fine catering available to you for all events, Nasdaq is the optimal choice for your next Analyst day, cocktail reception, investor luncheon, board meeting, and more.

CAPACITY

Our Press Conference and Reception Areas can be arranged in a variety of set-ups to accommodate your guests, including theatre-style and/or classroom-style seating and full-seated rounds and crescent-rounds. Standing-only networking receptions are also made possible with the use of scattered high-tops and multiple bars. Depending on space availability, additional set-ups are feasible in our studio and boardroom. Our maximum seated capacity in the Press Conference Area is 185 guests (in theatre-style seating). For standing-only events, we can accommodate up to 200 guests. There are numerous other arrangements available to you depending upon the specifics of your event. Your Event Coordinator will work with you on the logistics to ensure that all of your needs are met.

Please note that MarketSite is a raw space, and all chair, table, linen, etc. rentals come through our preferred caterer, Cloud Catering.
