Welcome to our community space! We are an independently run community hub based on bell corner in Walthamstow. We have space for rent, a podcast room workshops and a pop up shop. We are constantly growing and value your support in passion for the community.

Locus of Walthamstow (LOW) was set up by two local business owners that wanted to create a community space run by the community. 

Currently run by two sisters that have worked and lived in Walthamstow their whole lives, they have seen the changes the community has gone through over the last few years and enjoy engaging in community activities. 

We aim to help local social entrepreneurs, makers, freelancers and creatives to bring their visions to life alongside helping with funding and workshop set up.

We also run a coffee shop,Wynwood Art District. Go check it out. 

LOW community space shared office space

We have three desk spaces available in our shared office space. 

Please note when booking that LOW is a community space which

includes a pop up shop and event space and therefore office users will need to be aware that there may be the odd bit of noise. 

*Please also note that office users will occasionally take phone calls, but please be respectful of everyone*

This space is ideal for podcasts and general recording. The room is sound dampened but not sound proof. 

The microphones pick up sound in close proximity.

Pop Up Space

For any pop up space enquiries please email  and tell us a bit about your idea. We are chainging how we are using the space so get in touch to find out more.

Workshop/ Meeting/ Event Space

 Included with room rental:

• Fully air-conditioned;
• Large, comfortable room that is flooded by natural daylight;
• Blinds for privacy where required, or to darken the room for screenings;
• Key-code door entry system;
• High speed, fibre optic broadband;
• Seating for 12-15 (around tables);
• Can seat up to 25 people (without tables);
• Mobile white board, which can be easily moved around the room; and
• 1 x Ceiling-mounted, full HD 1920 x 1080 Projector.
