-Yale University- Head Teaching Assistant For Graduate General Relativity Dec 2017 – Present I am the Teaching Assistant for a graduate level course in General Relativity. This class gives a thorough overview of the necessary topology and differential geometry needed to understand curvature in Lorentzian space time. Once the required mathematics is laid out Einstein's field equations are derived through intuitive principles and then applied to problems such as symmetric bodies, Schwarzschild Black Holes, spinning Kerr Black Holes, Cosmology and Gravitational Waves. Furthermore Killing Fields are introduced and a thorough discussion in regards to symmetries and conserved quantities is part of the course. At the end results in semi classical and quantum gravity are given which include a description of the constraint dependent ADM formalism of General Relativity. In addition to a sufficient mastery of these topics so I can explain it to graduate students who already have a deep prior understanding of General Relativity during office hours I grade homeworks and exams. Also, I am expected to be able to give a graduate level lecture on a given subject in the course if the Professor is unable to lecture on that particular day. I myself specialize in Loop Quantum Gravity. Thus, I will be imparting a bit of my specialization on to the students who take this course in the Spring of 2018. Head Teaching Assistant For University Physics 180 Sep 2017 – Present I organize the day to day operations of a class with over 300 students. My responsibility includes determining how much homework each TA has to grade, dealing with all disputes stemming students who disagree with the initial homework grade assigned to them by their TA, helping the Professor with office hours, organizing the grading of exams so students can receive their grade within 3 days of taking it while taking into the account the graders are graduate students with heavy workloads including their own exams at the same time, updating the TA's and students under me of any updates in a prompt manner, dealing with all eventualities of student life to ensure that everybody has the opportunity to thrive in the class despite of circumstance and most importantly, create a safe, fun, productive and intellectually stimulating learning environment for students so there potential can be maximized. -Myself- Resume Editor Jun 2017 – Present Using the totality of an individual's talents and experience I help them create the best resume possible. This is a service that I only take part in when I have either the time or when a close friend asks me to help them. I have always received excellent feedback from the people who I have helped with their resumes and personally my own resume has always allowed me to obtain any position I truly I wanted. I believe the key to a powerful resume is having a summary which really humanizes the applicant by expressing how passionate they are about the career or endeavor they are pursuing in a unique way which distinguishes their resume from the pool that an employer is going through. In addition to a detailed and expressive summary, I like to flesh out all of the applicants skills on their resume. I do this because there is no way of knowing besides for some core fundamental skills required for a job that every single applicant is going to have on their resume anyway, which other skills a employer will find valuable. By the length of this description and its content it can easily be inferred that I'm not a fan of the minimalist style of resume writing that is prominent today. It might work if you are Elon Musk or Richard Bransonbutm, but not if you are a recent college graduate or someone who historically doesn't always get hired for their first choice of job. -Myself- Forex Trader Jun 2016 – Present I trade foreign currency to supplement my income. I base my trading strategy via analyzing the strength and weaknesses of resistance and support levels in light of political events and global sentiments. -Yale University- Teaching Assistant For University Physics 181 Jan 2017 – May 2017 I help students with their homework using the principles and techniques that I honed as the Team Leader of Physics at the Polytechnic Tutoring Center of New York University. Without telling them exactly how to do the problem I find out which principles of physics they do not understand and apply a novel approach to explain to them the concepts, they need to solve the problem. I also grade homework's and exams. Teaching Assistant For University Physics 180 Sep 2016 – Dec 2016 I help students with their homework using the principles and techniques that I honed as the Team Leader of Physics at the Polytechnic Tutoring Center of New York University. Without telling them exactly how to do the problem I find out which principles of physics they do not understand and apply a novel approach to explain to them the concepts, they need to solve the problem. I also grade homework's and exams. -Rigorous Prep- Private Tutor/Private College Consultant Oct 2014 – Jun 2016 I privately tutor students in high school and college physics. My tutoring style does not involve mindless memorization. I give students the mental tools, they need to solve problems in the subject that they are receiving tutoring in. This is accomplished by showing students where certain concepts and equation come from rather than just have them memorize and apply said concepts or equations to cookie-cutter problems. The advantage of this rigorous method is that it prepares students to tackle problems that they have never seen before by themselves. As I was told when I got my first tutoring job at the Polytechnic Tutoring Center “the tutor will not be next to you while you take the test.” It is the job of the tutor to give deep insight to the subject they are having trouble in so that when it comes time for test day, they are ready for any problem the teacher might throw at them. I also help parents and students make the best college application given their collective experience. -New York University- Team Leader of Physics I'm the head physics tutor at the Polytechnic Tutoring Center. I tutor college students in introductory mechanics, introductory Electricity And Magnetism, Introductory Waves and Optics, Analytical Mechanics, Modern Physics, Mathematical Physics and Advanced Electricity and Magnetism. Furthermore I make and grade qualifying exams for prospective tutor and constantly monitor what students in general have trouble with in physics and advise other tutors which subjects or tutoring techniques to put emphasis on. Undergrad Researcher in Nonlinear Dynamics Jun 2014 – Sep 2015 I study Hamiltonian systems such as the Double Pendulum and the Henon Heiles model and discover new and novel principles regarding why they evolve in the unusual way they do in time using computational, analytical and experimental methods. As of right now, I'm studying certain parameters that the Hamiltonians of these systems can have which results in the systems behaving as a period n oscillator. -Private Tutoting- Special Needs Tutor Jun 2010 – Aug 2010 I tutored for the earth science regents.
