As the Wellbeing Director at Sequoia Consulting Group, I am responsible for the needs assessment, vendor selection, and rollout strategy of competitive benefit and wellbeing programs for some of the world's most innovative tech companies. This approach includes a holistic analysis of employees' needs and gaps in care, particularly focusing on the physical, emotional, financial and social wellbeing of the employee and their family.
I have over 9 years experience in the Total Rewards sector, with a background in recruiting & onboarding, benefits & human resources, and employee wellbeing program design. With BA degrees in Psychology and Communications, I also earned a MA degree in Organizational Psychology, focusing on workplace engagement and motivation. I was humbled to be recognized as one of EBA’s 2017 Most Influential Women in Benefit Advising this year for my role in Sequoia’s innovative approach to holistic wellbeing with my clients, and have spoken on various panels and conferences including SXSW.
-Sequoia Consulting Group-
Jul 2017 – Present
Over the past five years, I have helped hundreds of tech companies of all sizes build innovative benefits programs that focus on total employee wellbeing: physical, emotional, and financial health. Whether it be better leveraging existing carrier programs or looking to external third party vendors and systems, my job is to help connect my clients with the best resources for their needs, demographics, and culture.
Reporting into our Chief Marketing Officer, I also help organize and facilitate a variety of local and large scale events for our growing community of forward-thinking HR leaders and vendors working with Sequoia. This includes public speaking engagements to educate large-scale groups on wellbeing strategies by sharing client success stories and providing valuable benchmarking data.

Oct 2018 – Present
My position on the Advisory Council of Bring Change to Mind (BC2M) focuses on developing mental health awareness programs and strategies for corporate communities throughout the US. #TheFutrueIsStigmaFree
BC2M is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to encouraging dialogue about mental health, and to raising awareness, understanding, and empathy. Actress and activist Glenn Close co-founded Bring Change to Mind in 2010 after her sister, Jessie Close, was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, and her nephew, Calen Pick, with schizoaffective disorder. Every individual who speaks out inspires another. And another. That’s how we’ll end the stigma around mental illness. That’s how we’ll Bring Change to Mind.
