Operating as a Group Training Organisation (GTO) which employs over 300 apprentices and trainees in a broad cross section of industry Including: Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, Carpentry and Joinery, Business Administration and Public Sector services. The company was a registered training organisation (RTO) offering nationally accredited training to over 1000 participants annually and an Australian Apprenticeships Centre (AAC), providing employers the service to register employees under the Commonwealth training program. The My Mentor apprenticeship program supports over 1000 first year apprentices across Sydney, Sydney Greater West and Illawarra.
Durties and Responsibilities include:
•Analyse and interpret EBA’s belonging to host employers and MG My Gateway
•Review and train all Human Resources Policies and Procedures
•Management guidance and advice to payroll concerning award interpretation
•Provide strategic and operational Industrial Relations Advice to employment division
