As Manager, Culture & Employee Communications, Len supported internal communications with a focus on national Wireless initiatives, including senior leadership communications, executive messaging, and iconic device launches. He leveraged social media to build employee advocates, coordinated webcasts/leadership events, written video scripts and assisted in the production, held Live Chats on internal Twitter platform with leaders, and developed network superiority communications.
Len created one of the most successful employee social media campaigns #Proud2bVZW to instill sense of pride within Verizon Wireless – more than 30,000 posts to date on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.
He's helped promote the Verizon Culture by managing several campaigns: Customer Service Appreciation Week, National Volunteer Week, Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and Great Place to Work (positioned benefits of working for Verizon).
Prior to that role, he supported the following teams with employee communications: Verizon Lean Six Sigma (to drive process improvements and cost from business), Powerful Answers Employee Idea Engine, Information Security, Corporate Security.
Before that position, he focused on the technology and messaging around the company's VZWeb intranet, including editorial direction (Verizon Enterprise Services, Wireless), consolidation of the Wireless and Wireline intranets onto one platform, mobilization of content, Search Engine Optimization, and reporting and employee engagement initiatives.

Len launched REX PRO – the world’s smallest organizer (at the time) -- a technology breakthrough that combines the ultimate in PIM software design and data synchronization with a remarkable advancement in PC-Card technology. Efforts resulted in more than 500 million consumer impressions from print and broadcast publicity and sales of hundreds of thousands of devices. Advertising equivalency would have been $10 million.
