I chose to study psychology as an adult student and then become a professional coach due to stumbling on the idea that we are all independent agents with motives. Antagonistic systems bore me. Anyone can fight and struggle. Collaboration is astonishing! True collaboration where ego yields to synergy and unimaginable results prevail is a very cool human dynamic.

As Lab Administrator I supervised the Quality Assurance, Research and Development and Technical Support departments. I also played a role as a junior formulator formulating artist paints, mediums and varnishes. I represented Golden Artist Colors Inc, at International ASTM DO1.57 for a 10 year duration collaborating with other market leaders in writing quality and performance standards for the art materials market.
