As an experienced chief executive, division president and board director for global commercial real estate, outsourcing and professional service companies, I have a proven track record for driving growth organically and through M&A, increasing profitability, and developing go-to-market strategies that inspire teams and generate results. I most recently led a global business unit within a publicly traded commercial real estate company, in addition to serving on the advisory board of a venture capital firm focused on real estate technology growth companies.
With nearly 20 years of experience, I’ve led large global public companies as well as private mid-cap growth businesses. In a prior role, I was responsible for a $1B regional operation with 5,600 commercial real estate professionals. I have led, integrated and aligned the full range of corporate functions, including sales, marketing, operations, strategy, finance, accounting, legal, HR, and technology. My strengths include business development, corporate strategy and organizational development.
My leadership style is well-suited for companies facing significant change – either through growth or industry consolidation, and I’m most passionate when leading businesses that innovate to challenge the status quo and leverage market disruption.
I’ve lived and worked in the US and Europe, and have served on executive boards with responsibility for strategic alignment, integration and governance across APAC, EMEA and the Americas. I recently completed a three-year term on the board of CoreNet Global, a 10,000+-member organization for commercial real estate professionals in all regions of the world.
My personal passion is to improve lives through education, economic development and political engagement, and I volunteer with a number of community organizations that share those goals.
