The Enterprise Team at Thomsons manage our larger, more complex accounts.
Enterprise accounts include the likes of Cisco, Expedia, Virgin, Facebook, Google, IBM, Mercedes-Benz, BP, EY and numerous other well-known global organisations.
My role is to build the enterprise account list across the EMEA region. This is achieved predominantly via new business development but also through existing client expansion schemes.
I work closely with prospective clients, existing clients and channel partners to build compelling business cases for the introduction of Darwin, our global employee benefit management software. These business cases typically focus on the four main areas of our value proposition:
- Increasing Employee Engagement
- Reducing Benefits Administration
- Managing Risk & Compliance
- Minimising Costs
Business cases are built for clients to ensure that all internal stakeholders are happy with the project deliverables and that the success of the project can be clearly measured following the software go-live. Once a business case has been approved and contracts agreed I will work alongside the Enterprise Delivery Team to ensure the long term success of the programme.
