Fluent in English and in French, I have been working in the communication industry since 2003.
Throughout this time I have focused on internal communication, first in working within large organisations, then as a consultant in agencies.
Building on my three years of experience in the employee engagement industry, my professional plan is now to combine internal communication and employee engagement in:
- Supporting companies across all stages of employee engagement surveys lifecycle: from questionnaire design through follow-up actions
- Helping companies gauge their people’s level of engagement and identifying barriers that might be stopping them from performing to their best
- Creating internal communication campaigns before, during and after surveys set up
- Managing communication projects for a wide range of clients such as creation and production of communication tools
- Drafting internal communication plans
