In this role, I provided health promotion consulting services for approximately 50 mid-size and large employer groups in the State of Florida, including guidance on best practices for implementing a results-oriented employee wellness program. I coordinated and led the onsite delivery of large health screening events to ensure quality and customer service, especially as it relates to process flow, privacy, data collection, critical value identification and relationship building. As a leader in the Florida Blue health promotion team, I participated instrumentally in the strategic planning responsible for creating new organizational health promotion services and tools.
