During my time at Medibank I worked on multiple projects as a Change Analyst. The most recent and significant was the Thrive Project. This project saw Medibank undertake a program of work to adopt an Activity Based Working (ABW) environment. This program saw the construction of a new purpose-built headquarters in Docklands Melbourne, uplift in technology (hardware & software), cultural change and physical relocation of 1500 staff from five office sites. This role was to work as a conduit between the change management and IT teams to ensure that the new technologies requirements, impacts, training and communications needs were met. I also supported the broader project in implementing the new behaviours required to work in a new ABW environment.
Other change projects include:
- Successful migration from Lotus Notes to Outlook 2010 across Medibank nationally.
- Business System Renewal which involved migration from Mainframe to a new Health Insurance System

Within the IT PMO I was responsible for setting up the Project management methodology for Medibank based on Prince 2. Provided guidance to Project Managers on the methodology, improved processes and templates and provided project coordination to Project Managers as required.
