#HR4U As the Labor Relations Lead I provide direction on the application and understanding of the collective bargaining agreement. I am a member of the Target Specific Bargaining Team, which is a data driven process to solve problems between management and the bargaining unit. Together we work on High Performance Work Systems, Preventative Maintenance Process and contract addendums. As a member of the TSB team I assist in the negotiation and implementation of new agreements and agreement changes. I work collectively with plant superintendents and supervisors on corrective action and incident investigations. I work closely with the union and manage the grievance process.
