STEVEN ZATTA possesses a unique combination of strategic business skills, academic analytical capabilities, and intellectual curiosity. As consulting director of CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD’S Global Business Consulting group, he helps clients achieve their business objectives through the design and delivery of best-fit office solutions that align with their financial, operational, and workforce needs. His range of expertise encompasses corporate real estate (CRE), organizational strategy and staff development, performance management, workplace design, headquarters strategy, location planning, and regional master plan strategies.
An agile project manager, Steven is known for his optimism, positive energy, strong research orientation, insightful approach to problem solving, and ability to maximize outcomes. Having lived in the United States, Canada, and Europe while growing up, he considers his multicultural experience a competitive advantage, and brings a deep understanding of how people, teams, and companies interact, interpret situations, and face challenges. Prior to embarking on his real estate career, Steven wanted to either teach or become a professional actor, interests that heighten his value as a trusted real estate advisor and enable him to create successful and transformative client engagements.
Throughout his career, Steven has thrived in situations in which he can diagnose and unpack client problems. He excels in breaking an issue down to its root causes, addressing each element as it relates to the health of the enterprise. Steven provides a framework for critical decision making, as well as intellectual and analytical support for clients lacking clarity on their real estate objectives and workplace strategies. His recommendations consistently deliver value outside the real estate decision and into organizational culture, resulting in improved productivity and higher levels of employee engagement.
