Design consortium lead

I have taken on a lead associate role for Hemsley Fraser, heading up their newly formed design consortium. This involves setting the standard for the quality of all learning design across the global business, based on a set of core principles and design templates that I have developed with them.

Apprenticeship programme design

Through 2017 I worked on assignment with a leading media organisation to design an apprenticeship programme for newly promoted managers and team leaders .
Working within their Management Academy team, I mapped all available digital and face to face training content to the Apprenticeship standards and developed a 16 month programme of blended learning, leading to a level 3 Apprenticeship and a level 3 CMI Diploma in Management. I also created the necessary policies and processes for the organisation to become approved as a CMI centre and advised the organisation on how to deliver management qualifications to meet CMI quality assurance standards.
