Group HR Manager
May 2005 – Aug 2009
Initially bought on as a HR Officer within a standalone role, I was offered a promotion to the position of Group HR Manager before completing 12 months service. My reporting line was direct to all 6 Board members with a responsibility to the employees to provide an efficient and effective HR and counselling service.
As well as a generalist role dealing with all ER issues and payroll, I streamlined policies & procedures in line with the business values.
The sourcing and development of a HR system was most enjoyable achievement as this proved to add value and efficiency within the business.
May 2002 – May 2005

Later I was responsible for the merge of the existing HR payroll systems and sources where I was fundamental in the sourcing, design and build for the new systems.
