The Talent + Experience team worked with an agile mindset to enable an employee experience so impactful that it would exceed all others. To do this, we prioritized outcomes based on input from the organization and then worked incrementally towards each goal. As a Delivery Lead, I partnered with a Product Owner, Agile Coach and other team members to understand employee needs and then design, implement and create strong feedback loops to regularly to learn and adapt to iterate on the programs. The experiences I have been a part of include:

Leadership: We established a common, global definition and expectation of leadership and then worked with the executive team, leaders and team members to co-create a program format and collaboratively develop content to deliver three modules, Clarity, Competence and Autonomy, to over 150 key leaders. With a focus on peer-to-peer learning, leaders were equipped with the tools and support they needed enable high performing teams.

Growth and Development: Our goal was to empower employees to own their development by seeking learning opportunities that were meaningful to them and to the company. To do this, we gathered feedback through open space brainstorming sessions with 80 global employees and prioritized their ideas based on need, impact and value. We then developed a menu of internal and external learning opportunities, first testing these options with employee groups. The goal was to identify the most impactful opportunities and scale them to the organization.

Recognition: As a key driver of engagement, our team developed a strategy for employees to feel recognized for their impact in a way that was meaningful to them. We created and experimented with an in house recognition program that included recognition cards, recognition stickers, tiered rewards and other supporting materials. After feedback loops, we adjusted the program to ensure greater impact and rolled the program out to the global organization.
