-House of Fraser-
Therapy Floor Supervisor
Nov 2005 – Dec 2006
I was promoted within 8 months from a Christmas temp to a floor supervisor. I was encourage to take initiative which worked well for me as I was and am interested in succeeding and going above and beyond whether it'd be customers or managers expectations.
I had anything from 7 to 30 staff working under me, I created rotas, was a 'go to guy'; I solved the issues on the till, did cashing up, opened and closed the store. Thoroughly enjoyed my work as a leader and being part of the team. I also scrutinised yearly and weekly figures to compare and inform staff.
