I am a service-focused regional manager who drives the strategic, safe, and profitable operation of multi-site operations. Supporting clients in cost reduction and best practise, applying solutions to support them in working towards strategic plans and recycling targets. For 13 years, prior to this, I helped to position PHS Group as the UK’s leading workplace services provider by managing and evolving parts of the group’s Washrooms, Datashred, and Data Solutions divisions. In particular, during the past decade, my focus has been on transitioning PHS Datashred from a newly-acquired operation to a central and profitable division, now delivering a national service via 14 secure UK locations. Prior to that ran time sensitive linen sites in the SE of England.
Applying commercial insight gained through regional leadership, account management, sales and training roles, I ensure services are efficient, profitable, and aligned with market needs.
