I'm a psych grad who has worked in HR Tech for almost 20 years. I'm a frequent speaker and writer on the subjects of global employee engagement, HR, the employee experience, employee benefits and financial wellbeing.

Working across 3 FTSE 250 companies and a few tech startups, I have experience in developing and bringing new EX and Wellbeing tech products to market and a strong track record in b2b partnerships. I have generated growth through partners including Barclays, Lockton, EY, PwC and SAP. I have assisted many organisations with their employee engagement, experience, wellbeing and benefit strategies including ASOS, Bank of America, Coca Cola, BT, MITIE, Bank of England, GSK, British American Tobacco, Orange, M&S, EasyJet, Nestle, Tesco, the NHS and O2.

I was approached to join Towergate after working with them at my previous employer. This role primarily involved establishing Towergate Financial as a new Employee Benefits provider. The aim of the new department was to acquire new and retain existing clients for Europe's largest independetly owned insurance intermediary.

Following the early success of the new platform, I was asked to lead a number of insurance retention, and consumer rewards and loyalty schemes for the wider Towergate group.

As Commercial Manager I controlled all provider management. This involved regulated contract negotiation, commercial discussions, advertising revenue and general management of suppliers and partners.

I worked closely with partners like Willis to resell to our clients as well as Tesco, Pendragon, Three Mobile and others to develop new salary sacrifice benefits. I also worked on sales and marketing generating our highest email response rate ever and our largest client acquisition in 3 years.
