This new platform brought $4M is savings to the business and introduced a streamlined approach to communications, engagement and marketing content to better serve our customers. Introduced a new app for all national events that provides real time engagement with participants.

Incentives and Events: Own the strategy, design, development and execution of all employee incentive sales programs for multiple organizations within Verizon. Lead, design and develop all national leadership events including; annual kickoff and mid-year events.
