As a Human Resources professional focused on employee experience, I am a bridge builder, truth teller, and advocate for empathy. I help managers understand how to effectively reach, engage, and connect with their employees and, more importantly, how to stop disengaging them.

I passionately believe that employees do not engage themselves; leaders engage employees. A paycheck is no longer sufficient to inspire and engage employees. Employee experience is the currency of the new millennium workplace. I am on a mission to change the working world into one where leaders take responsibility for creating a more engaging employee experience.
