My Information:

As of May 2019, I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from Rutgers University School of Arts & Science as a member of the Honors College's Inauguaral Class. I completed a double major in Economics and Human Resource Management with a minor in Labor Studies and Employment Relations.

During my 4 years ar Rutgers, I have held 6 internships in Human Resources working for companies such as Panasonic, Unilever and Major League Baseball. I chose to work in different industries in order to see how HR differs in each one and then bring knowledge from one to another. With each one, I was able to learn a different part of HR from Talent Acquisition to Business Partnering. I am very passionate about working with people and being apart of innovative yet strategic initiatives that help people. Hence why I will be starting my career journey as an HR Professional with GSK later this year in their HR Future Leaders Program.

About GSK:
At GSK, we believe in improving the quality of human life by enabling people to do more, feel better and live longer. I'll be lucky to work alongside people dedicated to meeting the needs of our patients and those we serve based on our core values as a company.

We need a talented, motivated and resilient workforce so we can deliver against our strategy and tackle global health challenges effectively. We aim to create a working environment where employees feel valued, respected, empowered and inspired.
