Currently, I create custom solutions for clients seeking customer rewards, engagement and loyalty programs utilizing a multi-tenant SAAS solution that services the parent company and multiple stakeholders.
By working in small and large companies, I have had profit and loss responsibility, managed sales, human resources and technology teams. I have particularly enjoyed managing, training and mentoring people, both internally and externally and have built business units of up to 15 people.
