It is my quest personally and professionally to serve as a catalyst, advocate, and trusted advisor for change processes related to the improvement of well-being.

I utilize a well-crafted 20 years of corporate marketing communication, wellness and change management experience towards business initiatives that add value to productivity, engagement and wellness goals in the workplace.

As an I-O Psychologist and Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist with a corporate communication and change management background, my interests and talents are best expressed through writing, educating, coaching and consulting. I have been tapped to design, produce and facilitate: program proposals, online and offline workshops and curriculum, individual and group coaching programs, meetings and trainings focused on workplace wellness and professional development.
