Served as a trusted partner with Fortune 500 companies, consulting directly with C-suite, CRE, and HR executives to identify key business objectives and operational requirements, as part of WeWork’s custom design and build product line (Powered by We).
A global resource, my team conducted client user research and lead the design and implementation of a hospitality and workplace operations solution (across 11 active global client sites with a combined TCV of +$20m, 2019/2020) helping companies attract, retain, and engage top talent.
Provided thought-leadership, training, mentorship, and on-going oversight for 11 global WeWork Community teams (~25ppl); Provided regional support on 3 San Francisco-based enterprise custom design projects, proactively identifying potential operational issues - mitigating risk and ensuring project success.
Manager, Workplace Experience
Aug 2016 – Mar 2019
Partnered with executive leadership to facilitate the physical and cultural integration of BlackRock and FutureAdvisor (acquired in 2015); supported business objectives, advised on workplace best-practices, change management, and employee health & safety during a 2+ year period of 50% employee growth and 3 office locations.
Representing BlackRock and FutureAdvisor, I served as a strategic partner with WeWork in the design and build of custom 25,000-square-foot office space. Responsible for key design decisions and advised on FutureAdvisor business requirements, employee insights, space utilization metrics, technology requirements, and BlackRock global health and safety standards.
• Independently managed daily remote office operations, coordinating with BlackRock FM and security teams
• Implemented BlackRock health & safety standards; served as floor warden leading emergency response team of 5, provided fire life safety training and business continuity protocol communication to 200+ employees
• Established weekly internal comms updates; facilitated bi-weekly company All-Hands
