-Koliso | The Psychology of Business-
Jan 2005 – Present
Koliso helps already successful individuals and organizations attain even greater results.
Started in 2005 as FGR Associates, we rebranded in 2011 to reflect our international scope and depth of successful engagements.
As a practice leader I guide our thought-leadership discipline. Koliso positions the best thinking in organizational and leadership development for our clients in ways that are tangible, actionable and personalized.
The word Koliso is derived from an indigenous South African word that is about coming together for mutual benefit. It is perhaps best described as possessing the attitude that it has to work "not just for me, not just for you, but for us."
That attitude is what makes successful teams, organizations and leaders.
Successful projects for major corporations have included merging the cultures of significantly different organizations, building high performance teams, creating cultures of innovation, recognition and collaboration, and designing long term people strategies that deliver business results. The paybacks for our projects regularly have broad strategic impact and exceed millions of dollars.
