ONLY HAVE ONE PLAN IN ONE LOCATION I see people with sticky notes everwhere and lists in different spots. This only adds to the stress. Be sure to have one list in one location of all your tasks. Whether it's an app, a planner, or good old fashion paper, just make sure it's all in one place and you always have it with you.
